Skyhawk products use their own cellular connection to provide monitoring solutions and to communicate with your smart device. Connected by Verizon Wireless to power the service, the Skyhawk subscription plan connects the unit to any compatible smart device without affecting current cellular plans.
Selection and payment of a Skyhawk subscription plan occurs on the Skyhawk CE™ App during device activation.
Cancellation of subscription must be completed prior to expiration of 30-Day Trial.
Unless otherwise canceled, on the first day after the initial 30-day trial period, your credit card will be automatically charged in the amount equal to the full pre-paid amount for your selected Subscription plan. SUBSCRIPTION PLANS REQUIRE YOU INITIALLY TO ENROLL AND OPT-IN TO ALLOW AUTOMATED RENEWAL and to allow the renewal subscription payment for the amount of the full pre-paid Subscription plan period of your current Subscription plan to be automatically charged to the credit card registered in your Account at the end of the Subscription plan period; HOWEVER, AFTER INITIAL ENROLLMENT, YOU CAN OPT BACK OUT OF AUTOMATED RENEWAL PAYMENTS AT ANY TIME, INCLUDING IMMEDIATELY AFTER ENROLLING IN AUTOMATED RENEWAL PAYMENTS.
You will receive reminders prior to the expiration of your plan period, and prior to charging your renewal payment.
